I recently purchased a Dye Proto Rize Maxxed paintball gun along with a Dye LTR electric hopper and an FS1 3000psi air tank from ANSgear on March 9, [redacted]. Initially, I encountered issues with the tank leaking and the gun not shooting properly. I tried troubleshooting it myself, but the problems persisted. Recently, when I had the tank refilled at High Velocity Paintball in Coram, they identified that the regulator was loose and the o-ring was broken. I then purchased another air tank, but the same issues with the gun resurfaced. I am disappointed that after spending over $[redacted], I have only been able to use the equipment once and it has not functioned properly. I am seeking assistance for a return or exchange for a new tank and possibly a replacement for the gun. I can be reached at ratwood316@[redacted] or [redacted].
