My name is Robert Atwood and I bought the dye proto Rize maxxed with a Dye ltr electric hopper and a fs* ****psi air tank from ANSgear on March *th, **** because I’ve had family members buy many items and recommended me to your company. I received the package and used everything once just to make sure the gun worked and there was a slight leak in the tank and I had keep manually pulling the trigger back and forth for the gun to shoot,but assumed that the gun didn’t work because I didn’t flip a certain switch, and was perplexed by the tank not working. Then at high velocity paintball in Coram I had them fill it for me today( a year later) for only the second time using it and when they did the air wasn’t filling and they said the regulator was loose and the o-ring was broken. Next thing I did is that I buy another air tank because I thought that was the only problem, but the same problem arose with my dye proto Rize maxxed as when I first used it, my trigger doesn’t come back when I pull it. I literally have used the gun, tank, and hopper once and the only thing that hasn’t given me a problem was the hopper. I’m extremely disappointed that I spent **** dollars and only shot the gun once, and wasn’t even able to use the gun in a game with my friends, just after my sports have finally ended, because of what seems to be a faulty product. Please get back to me because I’d like to make an return for a new tank and possibly an exchange for either a new dye proto Rize maxxed, exchange for a different weapon of the same value, or just a return.
