I need to cancel my membership but can't get a live person on none of your phone numbers. Nor can I get online because I have a new email address that I can't change because I have not used your services in several years and do not have the password. Can't change password because you have an old email address. If I don't hear from you I guess I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card to get your attention. This is very frustrating and I have spent a lot of time trying to get an answer. I was under the impression that when the free memberships began there would be no more yearly dues. I have been charged twice and now need it to STOP. Please contact me as soon as possible at *****@***.com. My old email address was *****@***.com.

GetHuman-blperkin did not yet indicate what Angie's List should do to make this right.
