Hello,**I am a current customer with American Home Shield. I have been speaking with your customer service team and well as authorization team on my water heater. **After much back and forth with your customer service team I was connected with Presley in Authorization and she told me my water heater will be replaced and they were waiting on a quote from Beck Plumbing on the cost. It has been over a week and I called back a few times this week to check on status. Since then, your team is telling me Beck Plumbing will need come back out (*rd time) to my houseand diagnoses the water heater (again). Beck Plumbing is the second company to come to my home and give the recommendation the water heater be replaced. Barlett plumbing was the first company to come out and recommend it be replace as well. I was told by Presley in Authorization that Barlett’s pricing was too high, therefore your company wanting to wait on Beck to give a quote. **Beck is coming out on Thursday, but informed me they will not be replacing the water heater as American Home Shield is requesting more information. This is not right Your company has already told me over the phone that the water heater will be replaced. T**What else is needed? Presley in Authorization has already approved the water heater to be replaced. I have called three times today and spoke three people who keep transferring me to different lines. This is no way to treat a customer.
