I have had an service request in since June **, **** on my central AC and here it is July *, **** and my AC still isn't fixed. The technicians that came out wasn't familiar with how to fix my outdated unit and still refuses to send in their diagnosis even to this day. Everytime I try to call now with a name of an outside contractor, who is willing to come out and fix my AC once he receives a service request from AHS, each representative keeps telling me that there's nothing else that they can do about my AC being out of fix or sending someone else out to my home until the other technicians send in their diagnosis. Each representative puts me on hold for about ten to fifteen minutes while they try to call the old technician that came out to my house, but everytime they don't receive an answer. I have exhausted my wait time about my AC and I am about to be forced to cancel my contract with AHS because of this matter. This has been very frustrating and inconvenient due to the fact that AHS representatives have not only called the old technicians for the diagnosis, but they have left voice mails and emails too, but still refuses to send someone else to my house to fix my AC as hot as its been.
