My name is Venetta McKay and I have a customer complaint regarding the the service I received on ******* between *:** to around *:** pm Eastern. I called ***-***-**** and the call was disconnected at the beginning. I called back an spoke with a rep who clearly not listening to what I was requesting. I needed to report a Amex Serve card ending **** that I never received and I had to keep repeating the same info several times. He kept asking questions to answers I just gave and I was getting frustrated. Even though that was bad enough, what irritated me more was his change in tone with me periodically as I was getting more annoyed and frustrated. I do understand the rep's frustration, however I do not tolerate a raise in tone especially if I'm already escalated. I ended up terminating the call. I received a survey by email after the last call I made on ****** and I expect there would be another one automatic generated for the call with the rep I had this evening . But I just wanted to fully express what my experience was like in my own words. I expect a Quality Assurance follow up on this call be done with that rep* unfortunately I did not record his name. He did start off rather pleasant* he just getting stern when he provoked the call to get escalated with his customer service skills he was using. I would appreciate some type of follow up on this matter.

I actually did not get the less than satisfactory customer service resolved. However, I did receive exceptional service and assistance later to make up for it. I finally received my card with my tax return on it only after a third attempt and it was mailed to a different address.
Please help with my American Express Serve issue
