American airlines is a billion dollar corporation.*They make it difficult to report bad behaviour or file a complaint.*I would like to make contact with Sean Bentel,Head of customer relations *in order to obtain an unbiased opinion over a series of events, over which I had no control.*In essence American Airlines and the individuals concerned are playing the victim to circumstances they themselves created.It is a classic example of how a huge corporation can turn an everyday problem in to a minor scandal by treating a customer badly and then by treating them even worse.*The ensuing complaint includes threats by an employee as well as assault.*In addition I have yet to recover a sum of money in excess of some four thousand pounds held in trust by an ex AA employee and accrued over a number of years.*Retirees are invoiced and required to submit immediate payment on line for flight benefits.
