On May **th from LAX to Grand Junction, I was on my way to see my nieces graduation and musical performance and missed it because of your crews.*My flight was delayed due to the plane was over fueled. We sat it the plane for over an hour waiting for the issue to be resolved. Making me miss my connecting flight when we got to Phoenix because the pilots and crew couldn't communicate with each connecting flights and the fact that my flight pushed back from the gate * minutes early. **I had to wait over * hours for the next flight, then i asked about an empty seat in first class and they gave it to a new American airlines employee!** wow*I know I was offer a $*** voucher but the fact we used **,*** miles doesn't see fair. I would really like a * way competition for this BIG problem and not because of mother nature or fault of me.**THANK YOU for your time and consideration.
