The issue in GetHuman-mpounds's own words
My wife and I Jenalea Pounds and Michael Pounds was schedule to leave Tulsa airport on Sunday at ***pm to go to DFW and on to FLL. That flight was changed to Miami do to weather. After loading up * times and unloading * times they canceled the flight. We went to the baggage claim to pickup our suitcases ....this was after **:**pm. No baggage...it showed our suitcases were sent to LAX! We asked why and no one could answer our question...we were told to go home and call tomorrow...which we did. Called Monday and said our baggage was on the way to Miami and should be in Tulsa this pm. Did not happen...we called baggage claim in Tulsa...said it should be here on Tuesday. We got a call at *:**pm on Tuesday night to come pick up our baggage.....* days late.*My question should we not be compensated for doing without our personal items for * days? This should be taken care by American Airlines.
