Hi!*Hello! My father ,Dr.Aaron Birch wrote to you for the transfer of my deceased mother's miles which was resolved and he told me to contact you about a ticket I could not use..... The ticket problem was resolved but I have yet to recieve the paper voucher in the mail. .I have forwarded the laast email I sent to Customer Service and the reference number.
