My husband and i, Satyendra Prasad Narala and Radhika Narala, have travelled from Hyderabad - India on Cathay Pacific CX*** ( PNR W*ZJCN) were on the *pm flight AA **** ( PNR-SYVVZP)from Chicago O’Hare to Minneapolis on **th june ****. We were to head out to Rochester after picking up the rental car at *pm at Minneapolis airport, for our appointments at *.**am on **th june at Mayo. This flight was cancelled by AA and subsequently we were put on the *.**pm AA**** which was also delayed by one hour and arrived after **.**pm on **th June. With all the delay, **.we could not pick up our rental car as their office closes by **pm and it was a non refundable booking.**. Subsequently we somehow managed to book ourselves on Groome transport shuttle to be picked up from airport to be taken to Rochester. Because of delay in bags, we missed the shuttle too.**. We then were put up at the Hampton Inn by AA after numerous requests* *. We rescheduled for *am pickup by Groome Transport Shuttle.**. We missed and had to reschedule all our appointments at Mayo which was quite difficult.**. We ended up with paying for two nights at the Centrestone Plaza Hotel, Soldiers field Rochester.**We had a harrowing and stressful and sleepless night after such a long travel and incurred unnecessary expenditure.
