Dear American Airlines:*BOOKING REF: ZLC*AB*On WED ** AUGUST ****, I Khaled Yaseen & my family (four kids of * months, two years,* years and ** years old) had a vacation trip to Amman Jordan from Dallas, Texas. Flight itinerary is attached. **-*At Dallas airport we had a flight delay (no explanation) from *-* hour, and when we landed CHICAGO, IL, O’Hare, the Royal Jordanian airplane already took off.**-*AA staff at O’Hare terminals didn’t pay any attention to our case and refused to help us and did not offer any suggestions.**-*After painful and weary stay at O’Hare airport we left to London Heathrow airport. **-*Again, we suffered from very tough security check in procedures and again we did not find any confirmed reservation for us to Amman.**-*We arrived Amman late by one extra day.**-*Unfortunately, most of our luggage did not arrive and we made the attached claim. **-*Some of the luggage arrived after *-** days and still * not arrived yet.**-*Three of the delivered luggage found partly damaged and three were also looted.**-*Luggage Claim is attached.*I am entitled to care and compensate under USA regulation and The Montreal Convention for the following:**-*Swapping the Aircraft model and type. as I paid an extra price ticket for flying in The Boeing *** Dreamliner with RJ, but at the end I did not.**-*Instead of direct flight which I paid for, from O’Hare to Amman, it became non-direct, stopover connecting arduous flight.**-*Arriving to O’Hare delayed by four hours.**-*Arriving AMMAN, JO (QUEEN ALIA) delayed by one day on Aug **,****.**-*Luggage delayed on receiving from *-** days.**-*Luggage missed.**-*Items we purchased to replace necessary items that were in our luggage during our visit to Amman, Jordan. Invoices available upon request.**-*Luggage damaged.**-*Compensation for not providing food and drink appropriate to the time of delay.
