My mother and I recently flew from Frankfurt to IAH with a stop in DFW*May *, **** on flight AA**. Our plane was diverted to ORD for mechanical reasons. We went through customs and were rebooked. *Our compliments to all staff on the planes and in the terminals. All acted professionally and were friendly and helpful the entire process. I especially wanted to express my appreciation to the agent who made the rebooking less stressful. All the agents had their hands full of concerned customers. Unfortunately I didn't write his name down but it began with a R. He took care of our luggage, rebooked us on a direct flight to Houston. Since we added * more hours to our original schedule he gave us food vouchers which we throughly enjoyed using. *Because of the staff our total flight ended up being less stressful and more relaxing, Especially for my ** year old mother. *Many thanks. *Heleen Omsberg*Woodville, Texas**** * ***NRID: I**********************

I. Allied the *** number and asked to speak to a representative. I explained that I was unable to email my compliment and she said she would submit my letter by typing it up for me. The next day I received an email that they had received my letter. This is all I asked for.
