I purchased a flight for myself and * other family members as ( my daughter was going to married in Jamaica) paid in full on the **th February **** for £*,*** via travelcrew. Due to covid** our flight was cancelled of which I contacted travelcrew via email about my refund for £*,*** the man requesting my his name is Spencer, he informed me that the refund could take upto *****wks which would bring my refund to December **** wasn't happy but there was nothing I could do. *Now being December **** I contacted Spencer via phone obviously wanting my refund £*,*** , Spencer told me hold the line while he checked the progress came back on the phone line & said thats fine we can offer you £*,*** after getting very angry he then offered me £*,*** & saying the taxes are the deduction on American Airlines side & thats all he has received on my refund, im so frustrated by this & I know I'm entitled to my full amount £*,*** .... please help.
