The issue in GetHuman-vdjewell's own words
I was charged for my *-year-old lap baby when I called in to make reservations. I asked if there was a charge for him and was told no. However, once the email was received for my ticket confirmation, I was indeed charged and immediately called back for a refund. I was told the money would be refunded back to my card since it was not my intent to purchase that ticket and the DOB of my child was given at the time of purchase. I called again when I did not see the transaction on my account and was then told the ticket was nonrefundable and I would not receive a refund, although the ticket purchase was the fault of the customer service rep and to contact AA via their fax number.
I would like a refund of the total fare and fees charged
