WE, DAI MOON & KWANG MOON, went to Costa Rica on **-** and return on **-**. we have these issues.**. on return on **-**, plane was delayed for * *** hour and when we arrived in Miami, no representative was available for information on next available flight. After we finally struggled to find service center near gate **(actually they say that way, but real name was customer assistance), the agent named Diane issued boarding ticket and told us to go to gate ** *while the boarding pass is printed as gate **. *I asked which one is correct. And she was busy in chatting with another two agents and she mumbles that the computer says gate ** even without facing us. and the other agent chatting with her spit out the word that you go to gate ** first and find out yourself.*I was already tired to walk back and forth to find out service center walking from gate *** **all the ay to them. **Since I did not feel comfortable, I drop by gate ** first and surprisingly there was sign for Philadelphia and also the agent looked at the computer and it shows gate ** as boarding pass showed. So she was wrong to say the computer show gate **.***I do not appreciate the people in the customer assistance desk, who were busy in chatting themselves and ask me to go to wrong gate.**And your company should provide some representatives to inform what to do in this case for next flight, which was announced inside the plane ****.*But no one was available at all when we came out of plane.*Then my connection flight got another equipment failure, and we finally end up to arrive *:** Am next day, almost *-* hours delayed from original ETA.**In addition, we did not know one free bag benefit from AA credit card does not apply to travel to Carribean countries, and we had to pay $** in total. *We sincerely thought about avoiding further trip as possible through AA and cancelling our AA credit card from these all issues.**Moon
PLEASE LET CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS ISSUE KNOW FOR YOUR COMPANIES OWN SAKE , AND LET THEM HANDLE APPROPRIATELY. AND I NEED FEED BACK FROM SOMEONE HOW IT WAS MANAGED.
