I placed an order for an iPhone 13 on Amazon on July 22, [redacted], at 7-8 PM. The tracking indicated it reached the final delivery point on July 23, [redacted], at 8:37 AM. Despite a promised delivery window of 11 AM to 3 PM that day, no further updates were provided. Despite multiple calls to customer service, each time I was given a new delivery deadline without receiving my product. After a series of rescheduled delivery times, it was suggested to cancel and reorder at a higher price due to the end of the Prime Day sale. Despite the ongoing delays and issues, Amazon refused to provide any compensation for the inconvenience caused. It seems unfair that customers like me are expected to bear the additional costs for Amazon's errors. There should be better contingency plans in place for high-demand periods like Prime Day, and customers should not be penalized for delivery problems that are beyond their control. I urge Amazon to resolve my order promptly and implement procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I reached out to Eastern Atlantic Sports Source LLC regarding a pair of starting blocks I bought a year ago with a three-year warranty. After one of the pedals broke, they agreed to send a replacement on 6/8/22. Despite multiple follow-ups from my end including providing pictures and answering their queries, I have not received a tracking number or the replacement part yet. My initial contact was on 6/6/22 with Amazon order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Their response on 6/8/22 assured me of the replacement shipment, but as of 6/17/22, I am still without tracking information on the replacement. I have respectfully requested for an update or a refund if the replacement cannot be delivered promptly.

Hi, this is Bonnie addressing an issue with the UPS return. My husband is Andrew Hunt of [redacted] Colony Dr, Meraux, LA [redacted], who made the original order. On July 18, [redacted], we dropped off 3 Amazon return packages at UPS. The receipt we received only listed 2 packages with tracking numbers, but not the third package containing an iLIVING Wall Mount Variable Speed fan. I have received refunds for the 2 packages with tracking number 1Z2475W[redacted], but the third package is missing. I believe all 3 packages were labeled at UPS. Please assist me in tracking the missing package for a refund. Could you contact me via email or text with any updates on this issue? I suspect the missing package may be in the lost items section. A few months ago, my account was compromised, and unauthorized purchases were made on Amazon. Despite my credit card agent confirming the recent credit for the disputed item, I am still unable to access my account. The issue is that I am being asked to provide a government ID, which I am hesitant to do as a long-standing and loyal Amazon customer with a consistent address and purchase history. This situation feels unfair as I have not engaged in any wrongdoing.

We placed an order for a rollator walker for our elderly parent, which was delivered to a family member. There was a mix-up regarding the return timeframe, which was thought to be due by July '30' instead of within 30 days. Since we were evaluating another rollator offered by a friend, the item remained unassembled, leading to the oversight. Our daughter, who bought it for her grandmother, tried to return it after realizing the error, but by then, three days had surpassed the 30-day window. Several packages were recently delivered to the building and left unattended in the lobby, along with mine and around 8 others. The open boxes included Kitty Litter, which could have been taken by any of the [redacted]+ residents in the building who passed by. Luckily, I was home and received an internet notification in time. I look forward to trying the arthritis spray. It might be beneficial to consider delivering packages directly to residents to avoid them being left in plain sight and prevent incidents like this from happening in the future.

I returned an Acer PC monitor at a Kohl's store on July 25, [redacted]. Usually, after returning an item at Kohl's, I receive an email notice from Amazon within a few hours confirming the return processing. However, it has been over 24 hours, and I have not received any notification or update on my return. The Kohl's Tracking ID for this return is KOH[redacted], and the return was timestamped on 07/25/[redacted] at 15:05 in Henderson, NV. I hope to verify if the Tracking ID matches the Acer monitor I returned and resolve any potential issues with my return promptly.

Hello, Several months ago, my account was breached, and around £[redacted] was spent without my authorization. I reported this fraudulent activity to my bank, but regrettably, I failed to return the required documentation. Consequently, the money was deducted from my Barclays account again. Despite numerous calls to Amazon customer service over multiple weeks, I have not received the promised email to regain access to my account. Each time I contact them, they assure me that an email will be sent within 24 hours, but I never receive it. I am incredibly frustrated with this situation and would appreciate prompt assistance in recovering my funds. The associated email address for the compromised account is [redacted] Unfortunately, it seems the perpetrator changed the password, rendering me unable to access my Amazon account using my usual credentials. At present, my Amazon account is inaccessible, and despite the considerable sum spent without my consent, I have not received any help or resolution from Amazon. I need assistance with updating my Amazon shipping address. Despite usually changing it manually during orders, the system did not allow me to do so on my latest purchase on 7-27-[redacted]. Consequently, my items are being sent to an outdated address. I have already made the payment and I'm concerned about the package getting lost. While a staff member tried to assist me, they couldn't access my account or send an email. I believe Amazon can resolve this issue by allowing me access to my account via email so I can update the shipping address promptly.

I have contacted Amazon numerous times regarding an incident with one of your delivery personnel. During a delivery, the driver pushed my husband, causing him to fall on the cement walkway. Consequently, he sustained injuries including cut knees, bruised elbows, arms, and a cut that resulted in a black eye. Due to this, most of my perishable groceries were lost, as I had to call for medical assistance and law enforcement. I proceeded to press charges against the driver, believed to be from UPS but identified by neighbors as an Amazon driver. My husband, who is 77 years old and disabled, was left on the ground without aid. I am requesting a phone call from a representative and compensation for the lost groceries and his injuries. Despite their departure, we receive numerous packages for them that we are forced to discard because Amazon does not retrieve them. This poses a significant challenge for me and our security desk. Dear Sir/Madam, URGENT UPDATE: I placed an order for a phone on exchange for my daughter, Pallavi Pathak, from her account linked to mobile number [redacted]. Yesterday, the delivery person visited our home and requested Pallavi to download an app on her old phone for inspection. He mentioned returning in an hour, but after waiting over 2 hours, he postponed the visit to 2:30-3:30 pm. Unfortunately, he did not show up. Later, we discovered that the delivery was rescheduled for today. Regrettably, the delivery agent hasn't arrived yet and is unreachable. I required a return label as there was no UPS Store nearby. Despite calling Amazon Customer Service several times, I only received automated responses directing me to use the online return platform, which did not enable label printing. When I insisted on speaking to a live representative during my next call, I was able to schedule a complimentary UPS pick-up for the following day.

For the past 2-3 years, my shipping address at [redacted] Mission Avenue, Lot 29, Carlsbad, New Mexico, [redacted], has been restricted in your system to ship exclusively via UPS. The US Post Office does not deliver to my address, which has been confirmed by Amazon. Due to my work schedule, it is challenging for me to collect packages from the post office or my small private mailbox, as I am out of town from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., six days a week. Larger items that do not fit in my mailbox are held at the post office, but they are only open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., making it difficult for me to pick them up. I rely heavily on Amazon for its convenience, and unfortunately, the last two orders of outdoor string lights were shipped via USPS and will be returned as undeliverable. Despite explaining my situation to a customer service representative, my address has not been reflagged for UPS deliveries. If this issue persists, I may have to reconsider my Prime Membership after being a loyal member for over 20 years. I hope this message reaches a person who can assist.
