Duh! I want refund of $**.** never used or ordered. How many different ways must I say it - A REFUND ... I have been charged for Britbox and Showtime for Nov-Feb. $*.** each time. I never signed up for either of those.*(a) I can't understand the Brits through the TV) *(b) I rarely pay for pay per view movies as I watch Amazon Prime and Netflix.*(c) I didn't notice it on the bill because I order a lot of items and nothing explained this was a subscription charge**I have cancelled the * services. Now how do I get my $**.** refunded?
It isn't resolved after * weeks, but I certainly got the charge on my credit card bill for the final month!!*How hard is it to acknowledge the error and tell me a refund to my credit card of $**.** is being*processed. Amazon will hardly miss $**.**, but till miss my very frequent ordering. I am already waffling about*quitting the Amazon habit due to the treatment of the employees.
