You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Order* ***-*******-*********I attempted to purchase one mattress bag from Amazon on December *, ****. I was charged for TWO mattress bags (total $**.**). **I completed the return process for one of the bags, boxed it up, printed the QR code, and delivered it to the Amazon return center at the University of Texas at Austin.**I was allegedly "refunded" ($**.**) for one of the bags, but the refund never showed on my credit card statement.**Then, this month, I was informed by Amazon that the item never arrived and that I would be charged AGAIN for the second mattress bag ($**.**), despite having returned the boxed item to an authorized Amazon return center and scanning the QR code.**So at this point, I have received ONE mattress bag and been charged for THREE.**Please rectify this situation, or I will report to Visa and dispute all charges.
