I have received a different quantity of each item than I ordered. I ordered one package of 9 Oreck Hyperallergenic Genuine CelocFilter Bags and received 5. For the second item, I ordered one paperback copy of Sisters in Law by Linda Hirshman and received 4. I would like to keep one of each item, and I am requesting a refund on my credit card. Please provide an address where I can return the excess items with you covering the postage costs. I have been receiving repeated phone calls regarding charges on my account that are not valid. There have been charges made under my name and my late husband's name, which is not possible as he passed away in [redacted] and I have not made any purchases. One call mentioned an $[redacted] phone sent to Santa Clarita, and another mentioned a $[redacted] charge. There was also an additional charge attempted on my account. I am 81 years old with heart and other health issues, making it difficult for me to carry boxes upstairs using the upwalker. In today's delivery, as in previous ones, the driver chose to leave the large packages downstairs despite my presence at home. This situation has occurred before, putting me in a challenging position as I struggle to bring the items up to my apartment. I become breathless and almost lose my balance due to my illnesses leaving me weak. Other drivers in the past have kindly brought smaller packages upstairs, so I'm puzzled as to why today's driver did not offer the same assistance. I really need help in these situations to protect my health.

My account was restricted for security reasons right after making a purchase. This has happened before, so I am unsure why it occurred this time. I have been repeatedly submitting the requested documents to lift the restriction for a week now with no success. I haven't received my order. Order number: No[redacted]-[redacted]. The item is a pair of auto focus glasses priced at £39.99. Strangely, when I check my orders, this one appears with no picture and seems to be grouped with an order for water filters. I have never encountered issues before despite ordering frequently from you. Could you please resolve this matter? The order was placed on Nov 24, and I expected it to be delivered by now. Thank you. I am struggling to access my account due to the two-step sign-in process. Despite receiving a one-time code via text, I couldn't find where to input the code. Even attempting to disable the two-step sign-in through the security tab proved unsuccessful, as it only redirected me back to the sign-in page for another code. This endless loop has frustrated me to the point where I resorted to purchasing items on eBay. I would appreciate it if the two-step sign-in feature could be removed from my account. Best, Charlie R.

My Kindle Unlimited service isn't working. Recently, my credit cards were stolen and had to be cancelled. I'm unsure if my Kindle Fire subscription requires a monthly payment through a credit card. If that's the issue, could I switch to paying by check instead? I've been a Kindle Fire user for about 16-17 months and have truly enjoyed using it. Feeling lost without it. Hello, I appreciate your attention. I reached out to Amazon support concerning two gift cards I bought from a local retailer recently. Shortly after buying them, they were marked as used. A support agent instructed me to send a copy of the receipt and the two $[redacted].00 gift cards, promising to credit my account. Despite some time passing, the credit has not appeared in my account yet. I kindly request you to credit my account promptly.

I ordered the STAR WORK Adjustable 5-Section Shelves & Rack with Tracking ID: [redacted]93 on November 26. The delivery was scheduled for December 2, but it hasn't arrived yet. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as damaged on December 6. If the product is indeed damaged, it's pointless to receive it. I kindly ask the seller to send a new undamaged rack as a replacement.

I've been in touch with Amazon recently regarding an idea I have to help combat the effects of the coronavirus. I believe Amazon has the resources to make a significant impact. On another note, I am also proud of the two types of pecan pies I make, one called a dark treat and the other a lite delight. They are the best I've ever tasted. Hello, my name is Axeton. I have an Amazon account with Amazon Music and playlists saved on it. However, I mistakenly deregistered my account and created a new one. I contacted customer service for assistance, and they advised me to wait 24 to 48 hours before trying to log in and re-register the account. If I encounter any issues logging in, they instructed me to call back. I am in urgent need of assistance as I am currently unable to register the account back due to not knowing the password. I purchased 2 cases of Angel Soft Toilet Paper on 11/4/20, Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. They arrived in separate deliveries with an overpowering linen scent, so I returned them to Kohl's. However, each case had a different return number and only one was scanned during the return process. I kindly request a $19.50 refund for the second case I returned. I am having trouble getting assistance with my issue. Can somebody please contact me, text me, or direct me to the appropriate department to resolve this matter. Refund for Order [redacted]-[redacted] Amazon.com informed me about processing my refund of $[redacted].56 for Order [redacted]-[redacted]. The refund was due to an undeliverable shipping address for 8 Sporzon! Cast Iron Olympic 2-Inch Grip Plate Weight Plates. I made a purchase of Apple AirPods on Black Friday [redacted], but have yet to receive them. Despite shipping delays, I was reassured I would receive my order. Today, Cadias from the Caribbean informed me that the package is lost, leaving me very upset. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years due to their quality service, and I placed this order with high expectations.
