You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-dubeyss's own words
Item :Exotica Orchids Brunei King Mango i) Order Date : ** Sept. -**** ii) Order * : ***-*******-******* iii)Order Total :Rs. ****.** The odered item which received on yesterday evening was found complete dead plant i.e its all leaves and stem dried completely due to its poor packing and remaining several days in packed condition. Immediately matter was highlighted in customer feedback coloum and also supported by several snaps. Again it was reported to representative of Amazon with photos and it was made him convinced fully. He agreed to refund my money and conveyd me to get the confirmation of refund immediately .But till now I have not been confirmed to get my refund.
GetHuman-dubeyss did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
