You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I did an Amazon Prime wardrobe try before you buy order ****-*******-******* on ***. I promptly returned all items a few days later. *I’m now being charged for Diesel Men's Hero Swim Lycra Boxer, Dress Blues, X-Large $**.** even though I returned it an elected not to keep it. I’ve talked to six different customer service reps and have been transfer to prime wardrobe customer service who then stated that the “resolution team” would reach out to me. The emailed me back already with a generic email asking me to wait two weeks for that item to be processed when it’s been almost three weeks already. **The resolution teams email:**“Hello,**I have reviewed your comments and I understand your concern regarding the refund for the returned item from the order ****-*******-*******.***Once the carrier has received your package, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Check on the status of your return by visiting:**https:**www.amazon.com*gp*orc*returns*history*view**You can find information about returns and refunds by visiting: http:**www.amazon.com*help*returns**We look forward to seeing you again soon. Have a great day ahead. ***Best regards,*Shubham*Amazon.com“**I have been a prime customer since **** and can’t believe how rudely I have been treated with customer service reps acting as if I stole the item I already returned and not getting anywhere with this problem even after talking with a prime customer service manager. I’m canceling my prime membership because I don’t believe it’s okay to steal from your customers and misdirect them so that the issue is never solved.
