I was trying to change my Amazon password. ... I worked with a representative to change my password on Tuesday. Finally after some time, he was able to change my password* and I received a message from Amazon that confirmed that my password was changed. When I attempt to login, the log in box is full of dots and will not allow*me to remove them. Therefore, I am unable to enter my password to log in. So, I am locked out*of my account.**After * days working with representatives, the problem was not solved. I had to get a Computer*Specialist to work with me on it, and he solved the problem.
This was especially frustrating because of the over * hours that I devoted to trying to solve this problem. The * different representatives put forth a strong effort but were unable to solve this issue.
The matter is now solved due to a computer specialist which I employed.
I use Amazon for many purchases and want to continue my relationship.
