My Amazon.ca log-in is severely delayed because they send a one time password ... often many hours later.*Even then, Amazon randomly forces me to solve a captcha and often mistakenly states that I am signing in from a new device (I'm not).*All I want to do is log in so as to cancel my account. I don't need this hassle. Thanks in advance for any help you can supply. *UPDATE July *-**: Your response incorrectly stated that I did not specify what I want Amazon to do. Please read my complaint again ... I stated that I want Amazon to cancel my account.*Today was yet another example of Amazon's behaviour: I tried to log in yesterday, but their OTP did not reach my mailbox until this afternoon .... more than ** hours later!*****Update ** July *-**: Please close this file. You haven't even begun to help, so I will deal with this matter on my own. TIP: Perhaps you should actually read my complaint ... your replies were irrelevant.
