You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

While ordering a Kindle Edition eBook yesterday, The Glass Hotel (Order * D**-*******-*******) @ $**.** while attempting to send this eBook to both my Kindle devices, I must have unintendedly ordered the audible version Also, By Mistake (Order* - D**-*******-*******) @ $**.**. It would not make sense to me to order two versions of the same book?! I do NOT EVEN HAVE AN AMAZON APP, OR HAVE EVER USED ONE. I realized my mistake Today, when I was reviewing my emails, but when I attempted to Return*Refund the Audible version, there was No Option available for me to do so. I am a long time Amazon customer in-good-standing, and am turning to you to help me resolve my mistake. I have NO USE for this Audible version. I realize that once delivered it is virtually Impossible to return it, though if Amazon can do this I would be perfectly happy. However, if this CANNOT be done I am reaching out to you, in light of my error, to have the $**.** spent for an item I do NOT intend to use, be either refunded or credited to my account. I appreciate your help in eliminating the cost of my error. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Anthony Serio
