You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-dskline's own words
For the past * or * months I have been charged $**.** on my sellers account! The explanation is**"SELLERS REPAY". I do not understand this charge and have called numerous times. Also emailed numerous times and get only a "boiler plate" standard answer, which does not explain this charge. They go to my AMEX bill. So far the Jan **** bill still have the $**.** charge. I want to talk to a human who can explain this charge. Don't email with an explanation.

GetHuman-dskline did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-dskline fixed the problem
Yes, the lady was very knowledgeable. However, I still think I should get some refund from the sellers repay account because I started asking about this charge * or * months ago, when the $**.** charge began. I did not know it was some change in the status of my webpage. I feel I was unfairly charged because I did not understand this change. I do not recall getting any extra info about this. In the meantime, I have closed my web page. Is there anyway I might get some compensation for this * -* charge when I did not realize there would be a charge? I feel it's a bit unfair. Just started charging me without an explanation. Thank you, Donna Kline
