You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman4111941's own words
I see a charge for $**.** on Dec ** through my credit card for an amazon purchase, but find no trace of this order in my amazon account, either digital, merchandise, or amazon pay. I downloaded the order history in .csv format for the date range and it is not there either. Merchant Name on the credit card statement is: AMZN MKTP US*FT**K*PT* AMAMZN.COM*BILLWA. There is a valid order in the date range for $**.**. Wonder if there was hickup?

How GetHuman4111941 fixed the problem
It turns out that the total order amount was split into two charges on the credit card which is somewhat unusual. So if you have this issue, see if two changes on the credit card total the final amazon change on their invoice. The amazon invoice does not necessarily show the separate credit card amounts changed to equal the total, so it can be confusing.
