Hello AWS, my name is Tinashe Paul and I work for Kulipay in Zimbabwe. We have a situation with our chart bot payment system. The programmer who set up the system has left unexpectedly due to salary issues and he is now unreachable. He is the only person with access to the server instance and keypair. We need help finding a solution to regain control of the system. This is a critical issue for our company, and I am eager to resolve it. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently tried to sign up for the discounted Veterans Prime membership. However, each time I attempted to do so, the system kept crashing, and I received the error message "Oops, something went wrong." I then received a notification stating that my credentials had been used three times and had reached the maximum number of attempts for the promotion. Amazon advised me to try again after 24 hours, but the issue persisted even after waiting. Their email response indicated that I had made too many attempts, although none were successful. They suggested creating a new account, but I don't have an alternate Amazon account. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently discovered that someone named Burma Linkowski used my email address ([redacted]) to create an account without my permission. I have changed the password, closed the account, reported the abuse to your team, and reached out to the FBI. Despite these actions, I am still receiving emails and invoices. I am extremely frustrated. As a senior citizen, I would prefer to speak with a representative directly at [redacted]. I'm having trouble updating my payment method for AWS as I can't provide the necessary 2FA device for authentication. The process is unclear as it doesn't specify the phone number associated with the 2FA device. Dealing with Microsoft can be frustrating, especially with similar issues on Azure. The lack of support in case of losing an admin password is concerning. I need to resolve this payment issue and there seems to be no contact person for assistance. Please provide guidance since reaching out to Microsoft has not been helpful.
