Last Thursday, my wife's account was compromised, and someone made unauthorized purchases on Amazon totaling over £[redacted]. We promptly reported it to Amazon, and within an hour, we were contacted by a representative from their fraud department. They acknowledged the hacking and took responsibility for the incident, assuring us that a resolution would be provided within 48 hours. However, the money is still missing from our account, and despite daily follow-ups with Amazon, no one has reached out to us as promised. The number provided by the fraud representative is no longer in service according to the automated message when contacted. Does anyone have a different contact number for the fraud department or any other advice on how to proceed?

Hello, I recently purchased a Casio SA-46 32 Keys Keyboard for my grandson's Christmas present. I was promised delivery by the 13th, but now I've been informed that the parcel is lost. I am disappointed with this situation as I am leaving for Denmark tomorrow and had to buy another keyboard at a higher price due to your error. I have decided to cancel the original order and request a refund promptly. Your handling of the situation and communication methods are subpar, forcing me to seek out other ways to contact you. I have not been able to locate an order number. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, A. Bergin

On the 25th of November, I placed an order for the "Kipling Amiel Grey Steel" (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]). After facing delays with the delivery, I reached out to Amazon on the 13th of December. They mentioned that the package might be lost and initiated a new order (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]). Surprisingly, on the 14th of December, I received the original shipment. I would like to cancel the replacement bag. Unfortunately, identifying and rejecting the package will be challenging as I have multiple deliveries expected. Once I open the boxes, I can determine their contents. If I had information on the sender's name and address, it would simplify the process. The previous package was sent by Amazon Rucksendezentrum (Germany) via DHL Parcel, but the replacement is expected through Royal Mail. Given that I am also anticipating deliveries from Royal Mail, distinguishing the specific package for rejection will be tricky. Furthermore, the recipient is a friend unfamiliar with English. Having the sender's details would enable her to communicate effectively with the courier. I eagerly await your response. Best regards, Sílvia Freitas.

Hello, I'm encountering a problem with my Amazon account—it's currently locked. Regrettably, Amazon's customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. While attempting to unlock my business account, they inadvertently locked my personal account. Unfortunately, I've been unable to escalate the matter to a customer support agent manager. When trying to contact them via email, I'm prompted to log in, resulting in a stalemate. I'd greatly appreciate any guidance on how to promptly resolve this situation. Thank you, Suresh

I'm not sure if I am in the right department. Can you help me retrieve the IMEI, a 15-digit serial number of a mobile I purchased through Amazon? I accidentally threw out the packaging where it was located. I heard that Amazon might have recorded this information for security purposes. I lost my phone, and the police need the IMEI to verify if it's mine. The mobile was bought on 28/05/19 with Order no. [redacted]-[redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I ordered 4 parcels from Amazon Prime. I received 3 parcels, but the 4th one, containing item ASIN B07MNLKPS5, the Spa Luxetique Lavender Bath Gift Set 10 Piece, has not been delivered. I ordered all items on December 9th, expecting them by the 10th. Despite receiving 3 parcels, the 4th one has not arrived on the 11th or 12th as expected. After rescheduling for Monday the 16th, it still hasn't been delivered. I am frustrated and seeking information on the whereabouts of this item and when it will be delivered. If not possible, I would like a refund for the undelivered item. Looking forward to your prompt response. Regards, Colin Francis.

I recently checked my orders scheduled for delivery today, and the status shows that I signed for them, even though I was not at home at the time of delivery. There was no notification left at my door, and I have inquired with my neighbors to no avail. This is extremely frustrating as the items were meant for my Christmas shopping. The claim that I signed for the packages inaccurately is unacceptable, especially since my children are now at risk of not receiving their gifts. I am requesting that the orders be resent tomorrow at no additional cost or a full refund promptly. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with my Amazon Prime account. Yesterday, I noticed that £79 was deducted from my Barclays bank account, which I did not authorize as I have not made any purchases. As I am currently unemployed and in need of the funds for other bills, I kindly request a refund and for my Amazon Prime subscription to be canceled. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for nearly three years and this unexpected deduction has caused me significant frustration. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly. As per Trading Standards guidelines, I would appreciate a response to this email address to keep a record of our communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Haroun ABDELRHAMAN (Contact information redacted)

I frequently place substantial orders on Amazon and have them delivered to Sweden. However, during checkout, I encounter an issue where some items are shipped by a different company than Amazon, significantly increasing the shipping cost. Consequently, I am forced to remove these items, and then I am unable to return to select alternative Amazon-shipped products without starting over. It would greatly assist me if I could identify whether items are shipped by Amazon before finalizing my order, allowing me to choose products more strategically and maintain reasonable shipping expenses. I am eager to place my next order promptly, so your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently discovered my order left outside my front door overnight. When I retrieved it this morning, I noticed the package was wet. The website indicated that the package was left with a neighbour, but no card was left to specify which one. It turned out the package was left outside contrary to the site's information. The items were electrical computer parts, and unfortunately, they were damp upon opening. I am very disappointed with this service and would appreciate it if you could reach out to the delivery person involved to clarify the situation.

I recently received my Amazon order, but unfortunately, it arrived with only an empty box instead of the earrings I had ordered. I sent it back with a note, but when I tried to inform Amazon online, I couldn't find a space to explain the situation. I randomly selected an option without providing details, causing confusion. Amazon now believes I returned an extra item and received my order, leading to incorrect charges on my account. I'm unsure how to rectify this misunderstanding now.

Amazon rang my apartment buzzer at around 2:30. I let them in, but the delivery person never came to my door. I heard my neighbors downstairs, and then he left without leaving a parcel. As he was leaving, I opened my window and asked if the delivery was for flat 9, but he rudely ignored me, got in the car, and left. I still don't have my "delivered" parcel. My neighbor didn't receive it for me, and I'm unsure what happened to it.

I received a request to return one Quest Enzyme by 22 December. I had initially ordered two Quest Enzymes but received a book on India instead. I returned the book and received a refund for only one item. Now I am being asked to return one Quest Enzyme that was never delivered due to an error in the dispatch department. I had to reorder two Quest Enzymes and pay for them. Please look into this matter. Thank you, Bert L.

My account is currently locked. I reported what I believed to be unauthorized activity on my account, and my bank has taken appropriate measures. Some of the cancelled transactions were legitimate orders that I authorized. However, my account remains blocked. I have sent two emails inquiring why this is the case as I am not responsible for this situation. I urgently need to purchase Christmas gifts. The notification mentioned that I would receive an email or text with further instructions, but I haven't received any. I am disappointed by the treatment I am receiving despite being a loyal customer for many years. I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Hello, I recently bought a Kindle and ordered three books. I haven't set up a monthly direct debit, but today, without my authorization, £79 was deducted from my account. I cannot afford this and would like to cancel this transaction and any unauthorized direct debit you have set up. Please rectify this immediately as I am currently residing in Greece and cannot find a contact number to reach you.

I purchased a Mitre rugby ball along with a standard kicking tee and an extendable kicking tee. However, I received the ball and two standard kicking tees, with one tee mistakenly labeled in the packaging. When I returned the incorrect tee, I was refunded £5.99 instead of the £9.99 I paid. I am requesting an additional refund of £4.00 and will proceed to reorder the extendable kicking tee. Despite my attempts to swap the items by contacting support, I couldn't reach anyone, so this seems to be the best solution to resolve the problem.

I have an Amazon account and recently received an email stating that I have signed up for Amazon Prime. However, I am unable to verify this information on my account. Could you kindly confirm if I am indeed enrolled in Amazon Prime and provide the date of when this occurred? Additionally, I prefer to use PayPal over my credit card for payments but cannot seem to set this as a preference on my account. Lastly, I am curious why Amazon does not offer a customer service telephone number for assistance. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty resolving two orders due to a hold on my Amazon account by my bank. Initially, I tried to purchase one pair of shoes, but my payment method required verification and resulted in a series of declined transactions. After verifying my payment details, I received three of the same item. This caused confusion as I believed I was scammed for two additional payments. However, upon understanding the situation, my bank canceled my credit card. I followed the email instructions to fax new credit card information, but encountered issues with the contact numbers provided. The USA number (1-[redacted]) was active, but the UK number provided (+44 (0) [redacted]) was not in service. Despite faxing my details to the USA number, I haven't received any confirmation. Additionally, contacting the helpline only led to receiving repeated emails requesting the same information. I am seeking assistance with the resolution of the following orders: Order number: [redacted]-[redacted] [redacted]-[redacted] The conflicting notifications I have received are causing confusion, making it challenging to make progress. I am looking for clear guidance to move forward. Thank you. Andrew S.

I am 88 years old, and I never signed up for Amazon Prime. I previously complained about this issue, and they assured me I was not a member. However, I recently discovered that they have been deducting money from my account monthly, causing me to go overdrawn. I mainly make random purchases on Amazon and do not need Prime for anything. Even my recent orders showed no delivery charges, implying it was free due to Prime. I had to use it last week but did not want to be enrolled or charged for the service.
