The issue in GetHuman-edithgra's own words
I cancelled my Amazon account on **********. Since then I've had * calls on my landline saying an amount of money will be taken from my bank account, these amounts where, $**.**, $**.**, $**.**. to keep my account open. The calls are recorded, they say to push * to speak to an operator. I did this once, told the person I had cancelled my account. I was told according to their records is hadn't been cancelled. This is extremely annoying & frustrating. I contacted my bank told them the situation & that they would put a watch on my account. I realise theses are probably scam calls, but it's still extremely annoying. I would think Amazon as a company who sells world wide, would have things in place, so this doesn't occur. I've tried previously to contact you buy phone, but the phone numbers I rang got no answer, apparently disconnected. I would appreciate a reply, as to what Amazon intends to do about this situation. Thanking you, Coral Jones
