I am experiencing problems with my delivery. The driver is not following the written instructions I provided for the address and is not attempting delivery. Yesterday, my package was delayed, and according to Amazon tracking, the driver was in my apartment complex area but did not attempt delivery. Instead, they keep trying to go to the leasing office rather than following my instructions to drop it off outside my building. The customer service I contacted is unhelpful, and I believe they may be located in another country. I would prefer to speak with someone locally in Pittsburgh.

Dear Sir, I am seeking assistance with my mobile phone battery that is not functioning properly. Despite being fully charged at night, the battery performance is unsatisfactory. I purchased the phone on June 28, [redacted] (Friday), and it has not completed a full year since the purchase. Kindly consider replacing the battery. Thank you.

My daughter tried to send me a coffee cup for Christmas. When the package arrived, it was not what she had ordered. She intended to buy a Wild Chestnut 17oz cup but received a Take a Hike 17oz cup instead. She ordered a replacement, but to our disbelief, it was also incorrect. I now have two Take a Hike cups that I cannot use. How can I get the mug I originally wanted? My daughter lives in Colorado, and I am in Phoenix, AZ. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently cancelled my Amazon account on 15/02/[redacted]. Since then, I have received five calls on my landline informing me that varying amounts ranging from $99.99, $39.99, to $79.99 would be deducted from my bank account to keep my account active. These calls are recorded and prompt me to press 1 to speak to a representative. On one occasion, I spoke to someone and explained that I had already cancelled my account, but they insisted that based on their records, it hadn't been cancelled. This situation is both annoying and frustrating. I have informed my bank about this issue, and they have placed a watch on my account. While I suspect these are scam calls, it is still a nuisance. I would expect Amazon, as a global company, to have measures in place to prevent such occurrences. I have tried reaching out via phone before, but the numbers I called were unanswered or disconnected. I would appreciate a response regarding how Amazon plans to address this matter. I ordered the Urban Forest Danny Dark Red RFID Blocking Leather Wallet for Women from Alpha Collection. Upon delivery, I received aluminum foil instead of the wallet. I tried to process a return on the Amazon website but cannot see any pending return requests. This is a first for me, and I am disappointed with this experience from Amazon. I ordered N95 masks from Amazon and tracked the delivery using the tracking number starting with TBA on the Amazon website. The latest update on Nov. 19th at 11:14 am said the package was out for delivery, but I have not received it. I contacted my local post office, but they couldn't track the package using the given number and mentioned it might not be a post office tracking number. The package was last located in Daytona Beach, and I am in Flagler Beach, FL, which is north of Daytona Beach.

I purchased a Christmas mat with lights and sound for $14.95 plus tax and shipping from a seller on Amazon. Unfortunately, the product I received did not have any sound or lights, and it was made of material unsuitable for outdoor use. I admit I did not read the reviews beforehand, and most of them were negative. The product is clearly misrepresented. How can I go about getting a refund? Additionally, I am concerned about why Amazon permits this seller to continue advertising on its platform.

I purchased a product on December 16th that turned out to be defective. I requested a replacement, but when the delivery person arrived, I was not at the address. They agreed to return later. Surprisingly, I later found out the product was sent back to the seller. Now, I am stuck with a faulty item and don't know how to proceed with the replacement. Thank you, Virender Kumar N.

I bought an Apple MacBook Air on January 27, [redacted], for my grandson's graduation on June 3, [redacted]. This was my fourth Apple computer from Amazon, so I assumed everything would be fine, but that was a big mistake. When my grandson opened the computer, it made a terrible noise and got stuck on the startup screen. I contacted Amazon customer service to return it, but they only offered me a partial credit as it was outside the return window. They suggested I contact Apple support. Apple said the computer I bought, which was from Amazon, was 2 years old and out of warranty. Disappointed with Amazon's limited help, I closed my account. Apple asked for proof of purchase from Amazon, but since I closed my account, they declined to assist me any further. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and upset. I lost over $[redacted] and my grandson is still without a computer. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Today, I was eagerly waiting for a package to arrive. An Amazon truck stopped nearby and dropped off three packages, but none were for me. Despite the app indicating that my delivery had been made, I didn't receive anything, and there was no photo showing where the package was left. As I have an upcoming trip tomorrow, I must receive the package tonight. After reaching out to customer service, I encountered difficulties as the representatives I spoke with were not able to assist properly. It has been frustrating dealing with the language barrier and lack of resolution. I urgently need to locate my package as soon as possible.

I had an unfortunate experience with a delivery driver recently. The driver didn't leave my package on the front porch because my friendly dogs were outside in the back yard with an electric fence boundary. Despite them being completely secure in the back yard away from the front porch, the driver was uncomfortable with dogs in general. This has never been an issue with other delivery services like USPS, FEDEX, or UPS, as their drivers often greet and play with my dogs without any problems. I believe a different driver should handle my deliveries in the future, especially given that most people in the country have dogs. Please contact me at [redacted] regarding this matter. My driver's license details are all accurate, but the verification app is failing to verify me. I have always been 64 years old for the past 64 years. Please address this issue in my shopping cart so I can proceed with my purchase. My cart is ready to go, and I've put a lot of time into it. Please verify my information and enable me to complete the checkout process smoothly. I am disappointed to report that my order for Wagner's [redacted] Black Oil Sunflower Seed Wild Bird Food, a 5-Pound Bag with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] and tracking number 1Z47086Y[redacted] has not been delivered as expected. Despite the delivery notification indicating it had been left at my front door, it was not there nor in front of the garage door. We searched our property thoroughly, including the mailbox, but the package was nowhere to be found. Hello, I placed 2 orders on August 27, [redacted], totaling approximately Rs 1,[redacted]. Checking the delivery tracking, I saw that my product has arrived in my local area. I received a message saying "your delivery coming today," but later in the evening, it said "undelivered." I am not satisfied with your delivery service. I ordered from the Dechu block in Jodhpur district, Rajasthan, but it is now September 4th, and I still haven't received my parcels. My parcels are missing, sir, and my trust is breaking. What should I do now?

I ordered the Baniyaseth Premium Afghani Anjeer - 1000g for Rs.[redacted]. Unfortunately, I received the product in poor condition, it was spoiled with insects and not suitable for consumption. I filed a complaint on the Amazon app, spoke with customer care, and was assured a refund within 7 working days. However, it has been 20 days now, and I still haven't received the refund in my account. Kindly investigate this issue promptly and let me know when I can expect the refund. Thank you.

Hello. I need assistance on how to submit a complaint and take legal action against a company like Amazon, for instance. Recently, I returned a cash on delivery item to them, and they are refusing to transfer the Gift Card balance from this return to my bank account. They claim that an error occurred on their end during the refund process, preventing the transfer to my bank account. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, they keep stating that they are unable to transfer the balance. There hasn't been any offer of compensation for the inconvenience caused. I reached out to Get Human and shared my experience on social media. As a result, Amazon's Customer Service contacted me, escalated the issue to higher management on October 29, but I haven't received any updates since. I believe it's my right to have the Gift Card balance transferred to my bank account as a result of the refund, and I hope they rectify this mistake promptly.
