I didnt receive my product which shows it was already delievered

I have to change my delivery address

Yes, you can change your delivery address for Amazon Local orders. Just go to "Your Account" and select "Your Addresses." Here you can add, edit, or delete addresses. To choose a different delivery address while placing an order, select an address from your address book during the checkout process. Please note that changing your address here will not affect the delivery address of orders you've already placed. For those, you'll need to contact customer service directly as soon as possible to make changes.

I am ordering items in amazon but the billing amount is double of the actual cost of the items?
