Did not receive my package contact Amazon told them what was going on told them pacifically do not see my refi to the original method of payment because gift card is no longer assessable the employee has a time agreed weeks later I called back in because I was curious about where is the refund have you guys told me that you sent it to the original method of payment like I simply did not request now because of you guys mistake you’re telling me because the refund was already processed is nothing that you guys can do so basically you are robbing me for my $*** that is ridiculous poor customer service. Very unprofessional
