At various times over the years I've noticed charges from Amazon for PRIME when I have not subscribed to it and as recent as February **, **** I had reason to complain about such charges. I chatted with an Amazon service person named Kauskik Thu ( below is a transcript ) who assured me that the charges at that time will be reversed but when I checked my vida statement today I noticed that incorrect withdrawals were made by Amazon from Dec **,**** to at least April **, ****.
