I logged into Amazon this morning and had trouble with my password, so I changed it. I then made a purchase for a lockset. Around 2:10 PM EST, I received a call from someone claiming to be Amazon on [redacted], followed by a text message at 2:12 PM from the same number stating that my account was suspended for my protection. Despite attempting to call, I was unable to get through and was advised to use the chat function. After changing my password, I was able to log in but found no record of my transaction. When I tried to link my cell phone, Amazon indicated it was connected to another account. When I reached out to Amazon chat, I was redirected to a third party with a $5 fee to fix the issue. I am confused about why Amazon directed me to a third party instead of resolving the problem directly, as the third party may not have the necessary information. I am uncertain about the status of my account, the whereabouts of my order, and why I was advised to seek assistance at a cost.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, This is my third attempt to address an issue with an item. Initially, my daughter received a shattered item that I bought for her. I sent pictures as requested, then received a replacement without further instructions. Later, I received an email indicating I'd be charged for not returning the initial item. After contacting CS, I was assured there was a mistake and I wouldn't be charged, but I was. The item has been discarded by my daughter who lives in another province. My latest email to Amazon CS was returned to me. I had considered leaving a negative review due to this frustrating experience but wanted to reach out once more before doing so.

To the Amazon Customer Service Representative, I am reaching out for the third time regarding an issue with an item I purchased for my daughter. After the initial item arrived shattered, I was asked to send pictures. No return instructions were provided, and the item was replaced. I later received an email about being charged for the unreturned item, despite assurances from a previous representative that I would not be charged. Unfortunately, the item has already been disposed of by my daughter who lives in a different province. My recent email to Amazon Customer Service was returned to me. I have encountered an escalating issue with the identity verification process on this platform. Initially, I only needed to provide verification on rare occasions. However, it has now progressed to requiring me to confirm my identity through my phone every time I attempt to log in, despite previously being promised by a customer service agent on April 14, [redacted] that they would address this matter. Queried about this on April 18, [redacted], another agent dismissed my concerns, stating this procedure is now standard. I am disappointed with the delivery service from Amazon.ca. UPS or FedEx have been consistently failing to follow my delivery instructions, leaving packages in unsecure locations. Today, my package was even delivered to the wrong address, which is unacceptable. Despite being a Prime member, these issues persist. I have not received the package expected today and demand a refund. The photograph shows the package at the wrong address. It has become exhausting to contact Amazon for complaints. Delivery personnel taking a picture does not guarantee package delivery. The disregard for the safety of my items is concerning, and it may lead me to stop ordering from Amazon altogether.

To whom it may concern, I am a first-time member and placed an order on April 5th. I needed to correct the expired date on my credit card, and unfortunately, I was charged a large amount unauthorizedly. My credit card was used to make purchases by someone from Amazon at Best Buy, which resulted in my account being put on hold. Despite making several calls, I only received one out of the six items ordered and was charged twice for it. This situation has not only affected my credit but also ruined my son's birthday as there was no merchandise. I believe my credit card information was compromised, leading to someone creating a second account linked to an Amazon employee working from home. I urgently need a return label for the duplicate item that was sent, and I request a refund on my credit card for the unauthorized charges. I recently received an email reminder from Amazon about returning an HP ink cartridge that was missing from my initial order. I contacted Amazon, and they promptly shipped me a new one. However, I am confused as I have not received any empty envelope or have anything to return. Can someone please help me understand why I am being instructed to return an item I never received in the first place?

I received a notification from you indicating that my package was delivered, but when I checked the tracking information on the Pitney Bowes website, I was informed that the package had been returned to them after a failed delivery attempt at 1:23 A.M. This is very concerning as I was at home and never received any notification or parcel. I have never encountered such issues in the past ten years of using Amazon. I filled out Pitney Bowes' Website Experience questionnaire regarding this matter. I am hoping to get some clarity on what went wrong and why there was no proper attempt at delivery made. I will reserve my final judgment until I receive more information.

I attempted to log into my Amazon account when a popup appeared asking me to approve a notification sent to my cellphone number. Unfortunately, my cellphone has no internet access as it is an emergency phone, and I received multiple messages prompting me to take action, which I couldn't do on my phone. Now, I am unable to access my Amazon account as this popup prevents me from tracking a package. I have tried various solutions, but I am still unable to resolve this issue.

I recently bought several summer dresses from Amazon.ca. Unfortunately, they were too big so I returned two without any issues. However, the other two arrived yesterday, and I need to return them as well. I received two emails today - one offering a discount if I keep the dresses and the other instructing me to send them back. The return label I printed sends the items to China, and I have to pay for postage, which I find unacceptable. Please contact me via email at [redacted] to provide a return label to send these dresses back to Amazon.ca, similar to my previous returns. My order number is ID [redacted]-[redacted]. I just want to return these items and receive a full refund.

Hello, I recently received an email from Amazon Web Services about a service order I did not make, as I do not currently own a computer. I contacted the provided number, 1-[redacted], and was assured of a refund in an email that was supposed to arrive on April 28. Since I did not receive it, I called again today. Unfortunately, after being told the same thing, the person hung up on me when I asked to hold. Subsequent attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. I have been a customer for several years. Recently, I received a message stating that my recent Amazon.ca order was canceled due to issues with charging my credit card. The message suggested contacting my card issuer and updating my payment information on the website. However, upon checking with my VISA, they confirmed that there were no payment issues on their end. I have not received my package, a USB cord for my iPod shuffle. I checked the delivery confirmation photo on the site, and it seems the package was delivered to the wrong address. This has been the third delivery issue lately. Previously, I found another package in my neighbor's bush after it was left there. The latest package was stolen after being left unattended. I believe better delivery protocols, like ringing the doorbell or placing small items securely, need to be in place. I would like a refund for the undelivered product and improved delivery measures from Amazon. Thank you. - Karen D.

My son's Amazon account got suspended for policy violations. Even though my account with years of Prime membership was unrelated, it was closed too due to the association with his account. Additionally, my business Prime Amazon account opened in December [redacted] was put on hold for over a month when I updated my credit card. Despite providing the credit card statement to lift the hold, my account was later closed as well for being linked to a closed account. I've been unsuccessful in reaching out to Amazon to regain access to my accounts, and this is frustrating especially since I just renewed my Prime membership in December [redacted].

We ordered two separate items that we wanted to return, but encountered an issue with the return process through Amazon. Although Amazon instructed us to send both items back in the same box, the items were not the same size and required a larger box. After taping the boxes together and attempting to return them at the post office with the single return label provided by Amazon, we were informed that a different number was needed for the second box. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was taken by the post office, leaving us with just one box and no way to obtain a new return label. We are currently struggling to figure out how to acquire a new return label from Amazon as there seems to be no clear method to contact them through their website. Both items were intended for return.

I recently received a fraudulent email claiming to be from Amazon regarding an unauthorized order placed on my account for $1,[redacted].15. The email stated that a portion was covered by credits, leaving a pending payment of $[redacted].15. When I called the provided number, 1-[redacted], someone posing as an Amazon representative attempted to gain access to my computer to address the issue. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam, and they now have access to my personal information. I later discovered unauthorized withdrawals totaling $[redacted].21 from my credit card. I am concerned about the security of my accounts and would like assistance from the fraud department to resolve this situation and potentially receive a refund.

I expected to receive my orders starting from Friday, May 21, and that was perfect. However, now the parcels are being sent earlier, and I won't be home until 4 PM tomorrow. On Thursday, I'll also be absent until 5 PM. Could you please send the parcels for the originally promised dates when I placed my order? It's important to stick to the delivery agreements as I schedule my appointments based on the delivery dates when ordering. Could you confirm that this will be done tonight and that the delivery person won't come on Wednesday and Thursday this week as I'll be away? Thank you for your cooperation.
