Hi,*I placed order ***-*******-******* last March **th. On their invoice, they mention that they shipped this out the same day this was ordered. This is a lie, as it takes * days max to deliver a parcel from Toronto to Montreal. On the same invoice, they also show a "shipment *" as **************. This was supposed to be shipped via Canada Post. This tracking number is not recognized by Canada Post. **More importantly, this company is advertising that they are closing down. Their website, www.goldaskitchen.com, is no longer operating. And if you go see their Facebook page (https:**www.facebook.com*pg*GoldasKitchen*posts*), they clearly indicated that the company is closing "later today", March **rd. On their main Facebook page, it is clearly indicated that this company is now "Permanently Closed".**I demand this order be cancelled and my credit card refunded right away. We all know I will never get what I ordered. And please don't tell me to get in touch with them, your *rd party vendor mumbo-jumbo, etc .... I purchased from Amazon, as clearly indicated on my accout, and I clearly paid Amazon (also clearly indicated on my credit card statement). YOU are reponsible to refund me, and then you go after YOUR partner.**Please advise asap.
