Help with my Amazon Canada issue

My Order: * ***-*******-******* from March *, **** at amazon.ca*Never arrived, even though it was said on amazon that it was in my mail slot. So I guess the Mailperson put it in the wrong one of my Apt-Building but it seemed that no one got it. So it might even ended up in the wrong building!!!! Canada Post told me that I have to contact amazon.ca as it is past * days after this happens. So thats what I try to do. Amazon has the worst customer service for those things ever!!!!! Really very frustrated and disappointed with amazon.ca.

GetHuman-jansass did not yet indicate what Amazon Canada should do to make this right.
