I work at a condominium in Downtown Toronto with two reception desks that handle package deliveries. On Saturday, December 5th, [redacted], an Amazon courier arrived at around 2:00 PM and left 60 packages unattended around a corner outside the designated area. Despite being asked to deliver the packages to a desk for proper handling, the courier refused and displayed a dismissive attitude. Following this incident, if a similar situation happens again, Amazon drivers will not be allowed on the premises for deliveries, and any packages received will be sent back to the sender.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost 2 months. Someone attempted to make a purchase using my account from a different location. Amazon blocked the transaction and requested verification for my account and card number, which I promptly submitted. Despite multiple calls, I keep receiving emails asking for verification of a card ending in [redacted], which is not mine. I have consistently sent verification of my card ending in [redacted]. Additionally, I am being billed for my Prime account, which I cannot utilize, and charged for Amazon video, a service I do not recognize. I missed out on Black Friday sales due to this situation and am growing increasingly frustrated. If my account cannot be reopened, I request that my credit card be removed, and the account closed to avoid further charges. Your assistance in addressing this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - J. Clermont

I placed an order for the HBlife Garden Hose 100ft from HBlife Direct priced at CDN$ 35.99 with a delivery date of November 28. I haven't received the item yet. I received a message stating it might be lost in the mail, advising me to reorder or get a refund as there's no option to replace it on the site. I want the item and request a reorder at the same cost with no additional charge. Thank you. -Mary

I purchased a rear drive axle on Amazon, but the part I received was incorrect as it was too long. The ad listed the wrong part. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. A Mishon Corporation employee, Devin, sent me a link to the correct part for my sxs. I am requesting a return without having to incur any fees due to their mistake. Even after Devin acknowledged the error, there has been a lack of response to my emails from anyone at Mishon. I provided the serial # of my sxs, which he claimed was wrong, despite my consistent registration of the sxs for 10 years. I expect Mishon/Devin to address and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. - T. Moss

Deliveries to [redacted] Finch Ave West have been consistently left unattended in the lobby, causing inconvenience and safety concerns as they clutter the area and pose a theft risk. Furthermore, drivers have been using boxes to block the elevators which could lead to costly damage to the motors. I have taken photos of today's incidents to illustrate the problem. It is crucial that these issues are addressed promptly to prevent any further complications.

I purchased winter shoes on October 2nd, and they were supposed to ship on October 7th; however, I received an email on October 15th at 8 pm stating that the shoes had been delivered, but I have not received them. I have ordered several items from Amazon since then and received them all, but the winter shoes are missing. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and I paid $67 for them. The weather is getting colder, and I can't keep waiting; I'm currently having to borrow shoes from my roommate.

Yesterday, on December 9th, I had my account deleted and have been struggling to reach Amazon for assistance. I have been accused of misusing their services for returning an earbud they claim was done intentionally. The customer service representative mentioned there were various notes on my account but did not provide further details. After being a loyal Prime member for five years, it's frustrating not to receive a clear explanation for the account termination. I am hoping Amazon can provide me with a list of the alleged issues on my account before I consider legal action.

Hello, I made a purchase of doll clothes on November 27th for 45.93 Canadian dollars with Order Confirmation Number [redacted]-[redacted]. On the 28th, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to a payment method issue, although the payment was charged to my card. I expected a refund, but it has not been processed yet. I kindly request either the delivery of my order or the refund of my money since the charge is on my card. I have my statement available as proof. Thank you, I look forward to a quick resolution.

I purchased an Audio-Technica turntable on Nov 26 as a gift, but my relative already bought one. The turntable is unopened. The online return process shows a $22 shipping charge, making me hesitant to buy from Amazon in the future. Is it possible to return the turntable without a shipping charge since I no longer need it?

I made a purchase on Nov. 27, [redacted] with Amazon Canada for $[redacted].79, order # [redacted]. I cancelled it shortly after. The cancellation was successful, but Amazon already withdrew the funds from my bank. They mentioned it would take 5 working days to refund. On Dec 7th, $[redacted].79 was deposited into my bank account, but the next day the amount was withdrawn again. I am seeking a prompt refund and clarification on why the funds were withdrawn from my account.

I purchased a nail kit from Amazon as a Christmas present. The order was processed, and the payment was deducted from my account. A few days later, the order status changed to "undeliverable," and I was informed that a refund would take 3 to 5 business days. I did receive the refund initially, but then the payment was deducted again despite the order still being undeliverable. It has been longer than a few business days now, and if I cannot receive my order, I would like a refund.

My name is Adriana Rios Cortes, and I am inquiring about the status of Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted]. I have encountered several issues with my order as I have not yet received the product I purchased on October 1st, [redacted]. I am seeking accurate information regarding the current status and the expected delivery date. I have been informed by "Rarewaves-US - Amazon Marketplace" that I should have received the product on Friday, October 11th, but as of today, December 14th, I have not received it.

I bought some books from Amazon back in November [redacted]. The order number is #[redacted]. Although I did not sign up for a Prime membership, the package was labeled as Prime. I have no interest in being a Prime member and want Amazon to respect my choice. I will contact my credit card company to block any Prime Membership charges from Amazon. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in removing my name from the Prime Members list. Thank you. - H.R.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I received my order #[redacted]-[redacted] today, but as no one was home, I could not refuse it. I had initially canceled this item because the price had dropped shortly after I made the purchase. I noticed there is a $47 shipping fee if I return the item to Amazon via the post office. I am not in agreement with this charge. There was no mention of return fees when I made the purchase, and my cancellation was not processed in time, which is Amazon's responsibility. Now I have the same item twice, incurring double the shipping costs. I have printed the return label and placed a new order for a replacement item under order #[redacted]-[redacted]. As a long-standing Prime member with a history of many orders, I have never faced such an issue before. I kindly request a review of the situation and adjustments to my account. Thank you, Henri F.

I need assistance urgently. I received a message in German alerting me that someone is trying to access my account. I've changed my password due to this suspicious activity. The message indicated the attempt was made from Google Chrome on a Windows desktop in Alberta, Canada, on Dec 16, [redacted], at 07:19 PM Mountain Standard Time. The notification reads: "someone tries to sign into my account!" Please contact me promptly to address this issue and prevent any unauthorized access. Thank you. Dorothea Uschnig.

As a Prime member, I ordered an item fulfilled by Amazon Prime. The item was delivered from Burlington, ON fulfillment site. However, the item received is not the correct size as described. I am attempting to return it, but the printed return label is asking me to cover the return shipping cost to mail it to Las Vegas, NV. I expect free returns as a Prime member, as part of the benefits offered for quick and hassle-free deliveries.

I am grateful for the prompt resolution of the issue regarding the package I mentioned yesterday. It reached the distribution center last night at 8:45 pm, was processed at 9:21 pm. I appreciate the effort to expedite the process. If it had not been for the lunch break, my sources would have held it for me to pick up later today along with my late afternoon delivery at the distribution center on Wellington Ave in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am thankful for the dedicated customer service representative who assisted me last night. Their quick response allayed my concerns about the Christmas delivery. Despite the disruptions caused by Covid19, I have never encountered such a delay between electronic notification and actual receipt from Canada Post. Your exceptional customer service truly stands out.

I have spent numerous hours with different representatives attempting to address our issue. Amazon appears to have lost all records of my purchases, despite relying on Amazon.ca since its beginning. Originally, my email was [redacted], but due to a hack four years ago, I changed it to [redacted] Last October, I bought a MahJongg game from Amazon.com as it wasn't on the Canadian site then, prompting me to change my password. Sadly, this led to difficulties accessing my account on Amazon.ca. Despite multiple password changes, I eventually had to re-register, losing access to previous orders, including books for my TWO Kindles. Yesterday, in a chat with April, she managed to retrieve 17 pages of book titles, but Kindle 2 only displays books purchased that day. Despite spending hours trying to solve this with support, the issue persists. It's puzzling why Amazon.ca lacks records of book purchases given they have all my details. I need assistance with this matter.

I am having trouble logging into my Amazon account. Every time I try to sign in, I receive a message saying, "Help us protect your account. We have detected unusual activity on your account and have temporarily locked it. Please contact customer service for further assistance." I have already emailed Amazon, but I am still unable to access my account. I need to buy Christmas gifts, but this issue is preventing me from doing so. Additionally, my account has a balance in gift cards, so I am worried about losing money if I can't regain access to my account. This problem started last night.

Upon receiving the product, I noticed discrepancies in the dimensions compared to the seller's description. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller couldn't clarify the differences to my satisfaction and suggested I return the item. I filed for a return on Amazon due to the inaccurate product description. After receiving the return label, I paid for the return postage, relying on Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee promising automatic refunds of up to $20 for returns to third-party sellers. I returned the product and later contacted Amazon to inquire about the refund status. After investigation, Amazon refunded the original purchase price but did not reimburse the $17 I paid for return shipping. They instructed me to email the seller with the receipt for return postage, which I did, but my email bounced back due to Amazon's no-reply address. Upon explaining the situation to Amazon, they provided further instructions: emailing the seller again with the receipt and confirming through a provided link. Even after following these steps, the refund status only shows the original purchase amount, omitting the return postage cost. I aim to claim the $17 postage refund as per Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
