Have not yet received refund for cancelled item

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received a refund for a cancelled item yet. Amazon processes most refunds to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. However, in some cases, refunds can take up to two weeks. Remember that your bank may take few more days to process the refund. My return for refund has been in transit for 2 days but Amazon is showing it not being dropped off.

We're sorry to hear about this. Typically, when a return package is dropped off, it may take a couple of days for the tracking system to update and confirm receipt. However, delays can occur depending on the courier service used. Please keep an eye out for an email notification confirming the receipt of your return package by Amazon. If after a few more days your returned item status doesn't update, or you haven't received a confirmation email, we advise getting in touch with the carrier directly to ensure your package is en-route to Amazon's return center. Rest assured, once your returned item is received and processed by Amazon, your refund should be initiated promptly.

How do I know when it’s time for renewal? Got an email from you and I am worried it’s scam

Amazon Canada will automatically renew your subscription, such as Prime membership, close to your renewal date, and you'll get a notification email from Amazon before this occurs. However, if you're uncertain about the legitimacy of an email, remember that Amazon will never ask for your personal information, such as your password, through email. Any email claiming to be from Amazon that does so could be a phishing scam. If you're unsure, it's best not to click any links in the email. Instead, visit Amazon directly by typing www.amazon.ca into your web browser, log into your account, and check your membership status to see if it's due for renewal.

This is regarding order # 702-0122007-8297824, I had placed an order with USD paymentbut my invoices are in CAD currency,I need to submit my Invoices in USD currency, can someone send me invoices in USD currency

As a part of Amazon Canada, all our transactions are processed in CAD, and thus, all invoices are also issued in CAD. Unfortunately, we cannot issue invoices in USD or any other currency. However, you can take a printout of your invoice and the conversion rate of the day of the transaction (which can be obtained via a bank or currency exchange service) to calculate the equivalent USD amount for each item. You should consult your financial advisor for guidance on how to handle this scenario for reporting or reimbursement purposes.

How to return the product that doesnt fit me

To return a product you bought on Amazon Canada, go to the 'Returns & Orders' section of your account. Choose the item you want to return and select a reason from the given options. Then print the return label and authorization. Next, pack the item securely with the return label attached on the outside.
