I ordered a CD but cannot find the company name on my account. After contacting USPS with the tracking number, I was informed the product was delivered to the wrong address on 7/2/[redacted]. Still missing the book "Twice Shy" by Dick Francis. Yet to check on another order. USPS said they delivered to an old 5-year-old address of mine, which is odd as I updated my address each time I moved. Need help locating the shipper to inquire about the address mix-up. The CD I ordered is "Trilogy" by Emerson, Lake and Palmer. Will provide the order number [redacted]5-2 later. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Margaret Ann Henderson

I made a purchase through Alibris online a few weeks ago for the book "Cracking the Einstein Code" by Fulvio Melia. I used my credit card to pay for it, and the transaction was confirmed online. Since then, I've only received occasional notifications from Alibris about the book's status. Three days ago, I received a different book titled "Origins of Civilizations" by Thomas Spoonover, which I did not order or recognize the author. I have filled out the necessary forms and provided all the requested information on Alibris' website multiple times, but I have not received the book I paid for or a refund. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and just want the book I ordered. You can reach me at [redacted]

Hello, I recently bought two books from Barnes and Noble, specifically from the "Goodwill Industries of San Diego County on Alibris." Unfortunately, when the book "Alif Baa: Introduction to Arabic Letters and Sounds [With DVD]" arrived, it did not include the DVD as stated in the item description. Barnes and Noble advised me that since it was from a third party, they couldn't assist with the return. Additionally, I found out that my second book order for "Al-Kitaab" was cancelled without prior notice. I am perplexed by this situation and require clarification on the cancellation, immediate communication regarding it, and a prompt refund. I hope to receive answers and a full refund for my purchase soon. Your timely assistance is greatly valued. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

I purchased a textbook from Bomb Books for $[redacted].00, which was supposed to include the solutions manual and be in VERY GOOD condition. Despite paying $15.00 for 2-day shipping, it took 4 days to arrive. When I received it, the book was in poor condition, missing the solutions manual, and there was an Amazon receipt inside showing a price of $33.99. I did not order this book from Amazon and cannot find any record of it in my Amazon account. It seems like Bomb Books may have pocketed the extra money, ordered a cheaper version from an Amazon seller, and failed to send the solutions manual as promised. I have already contacted Amazon about the seller, Bulrushed Books, and have attempted to reach out to both Bulrushed and Bomb Books without success. I am deeply upset about this situation as a long-time customer of your services. I am requesting a thorough investigation into Bomb Books' practices to resolve this issue promptly.

I need assistance with my order on Alibris. I am looking to purchase 2 items from different sellers. One item should be shipped with standard shipping, and the other item I would like expedited shipping as indicated in the listing. However, during the checkout process, I didn't see an option to select expedited shipping for the second item. Alibris has automatically calculated the regular shipping rate for both items. I prefer to pay for both items together. I am unsure if I can modify the shipping method and fee within PayPal. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I'm concerned about the inaccuracies in the information provided regarding the delayed shipment of my order. The pre-order status and extended wait time for a book not scheduled for release until February 18, [redacted] were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Requesting a refund is necessary to address this issue promptly to avoid escalating it to the BBB for further action. I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency and unethical handling of my order by Alibris. I hope to see a resolution soon. Thank you.

I am requesting the removal of my credit card (MC ending in -[redacted]) from your site due to identity theft concerns. I have not received a response to my previous email sent on Dec. 14th. I am looking for a personal assurance that my credit card information will be deleted from your platform, as this option is not readily available to customers. I urge you to respond personally, as automated replies are not satisfactory. If my request is not addressed promptly, I will have to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau. Please take immediate action to remove my credit card details from your system.

I was informed by your company that my book would be delivered between September 17 and 27. However, upon reading your note, I realized there is no weekend delivery, which makes your statement inaccurate. I have been patiently waiting for my order # [redacted]1-1, "The Law of Nations," which is essential for my upcoming class. Since this book is not accessible elsewhere, I am eager to receive my order. I kindly request for the above book to be resent with expedited shipping. Thank you.

I had placed a book in my Alibris cart priced at $7.97, eligible for free shipping. After spending hours selecting additional books to meet the $39 minimum for free shipping and using an expiring coupon code, the initial book disappeared from my cart within an hour, causing inconvenience as it was the book I wanted the most. I request Alibris to honor their cart reservation policy by allowing me to purchase the book "A Tree for Peter" by Kate Seredy for $7.97, along with the other books currently in my cart, to utilize the coupon code and obtain free shipping. The other items in my cart include "Gregor Mendel: The Friar Who Grew Peas" by Cheryl Bardoe, "The Birds' Christmas Carol" by Kate Douglas Wiggin, "The Lost Queen of Egypt" by Lucile Morrison, and "All-Of-A-Kind Family" by Sydney Taylor.

I have recently purchased a few copies of the book "Growing Strong in God’s Family" for my home Bible study group. However, I received different editions with various ISBN numbers and some of them have writing in them, which is not suitable for my study. I specifically need copies with the ISBN 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-0 and would like to know if you have any used copies available without any writing. I am looking to purchase 4 or 5 copies within the price range of $5 to $6 each to stay within my budget as a senior on a fixed income. It would be great if I could pay one shipping charge for all the copies. Could you please check your stock for these specific ISBNs and let me know how many clean copies are available? Also, I intended to resell the extra copies I received. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach you on the phone number provided. You can contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. - VH
