I purchased an RC boat for my father's birthday, but it arrived 30 days later in a damaged condition. The remote control was cracked, the boat antenna was missing, and the boat had multiple scratches. Due to these issues, I couldn't even test if it functions properly. I initiated a dispute requesting a partial refund so I can repair it myself; however, the resolution offered was to return the item for a full refund. I am facing two main challenges with this resolution: 1. Shipping back to China is currently impossible from my country due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. 2. The return shipping cost is almost equal to the price of the boat, resulting in a loss of both time and money with no guarantee of a better outcome. I am seeking genuine customer service assistance to find a more reasonable solution that doesn't inconvenience me further.

My package arrived in Mexico but after a month, the tracking showed it couldn't be delivered without specifying a reason. The delivery service never contacted me, even after the guaranteed delivery period expired. I opened a dispute with the seller, who advised me to check with the official post office, but they didn't have my package. Contacting the seller yielded no results, with repeated requests to inquire on my part. Eventually, I was given another contact number, and upon calling, I was informed the package had been returned to the origin country. I informed the seller and provided evidence of the return, yet my appeal on AliExpress was denied. Despite the $[redacted] USD value of the package, I received no communication regarding the issue.

I am interested in the Doctodd GI CPAP Home Medical CPAP Machine for Sleep Apnea OSAHS OSAS Snoring User with Mask Headgear Tube Bag SD Card. I found the product for CA $[redacted].24, but the seller is not providing clear answers to my questions. I inquired about switching the Nose Nasal Pillow Mask for the Dreamwear Nasal Mask. The seller offered a $2.00 USD discount but did not address my compatibility concerns. I am still waiting to consult with a doctor for equipment advice. If possible, I would like to replace the nasal pillow part with the Dreamwear piece. I apologize if my explanation is confusing, as it is challenging to describe without visuals.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. The process always stops at a certain point. I live in Spain but have a Norwegian telephone number. When I try the "forgotten password" option, it only provides Spanish or other non-Norwegian country codes. My email cannot be used as a username either. I'm currently waiting for something in the mail, but I'm unable to track it. If I can't access the details of my order, I might have to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment.

I am facing a significant issue with a seller on AliExpress. In November, I purchased a dress from their store for £[redacted]. Upon receiving the dress, it did not fit. I arranged with the seller to return the dress to China for a refund. After sending the item back, I have been trying to contact the seller for my £[redacted] refund. Unfortunately, the seller has been ignoring all of my messages and has removed all items from their store. I am seeking assistance from AliExpress regarding this scam.

I purchased a wig, but it arrived in a different color/length than advertised. The seller asked me to return it and said they would cover the £13.50 postage cost. I shipped the item back over a month ago but haven't received a refund yet. When I mentioned opening a dispute, they warned me I wouldn't get a refund if I did. Out of goodwill, I canceled the dispute, but I still haven't received a refund. I accidentally accepted a dispute offer and can't reject it after reopening the dispute. This company's actions seem deceitful.

I canceled my order in time with order number [redacted][redacted] from the seller SKILLIST WODDEN STORE. Even though the return is free, my order still shows as not canceled. The seller keeps telling me to cancel, but it doesn't reflect in my account; instead, it shows that the item has been shipped now. I'm seeking AliExpress' help because the seller is not cooperating. The issue is I can't cancel it since their product has a free return policy, and they are not complying with the legal terms. I've already informed them. I hope AliExpress can assist me with the issue regarding the seller SKILLIST WODDEN STORE.

I ordered a mobile phone priced at $[redacted].99 and a fitness band priced at $31.61 from the same seller on 11.11.[redacted]. To resolve the delay, I initiated two separate disputes on 23.01.[redacted] after the standard 60-day delivery window. The dispute for the fitness band concluded on 01.02.[redacted], and a refund process, including shipment costs, for $33.61 began. However, the mobile phone dispute remains unresolved despite being part of the same order. With only 3 days left of purchase protection, I attempted to contact customer service through live chat but only received automated responses. I am concerned about not receiving a refund for the phone before the dispute closes.

Hola, compré un proyector de Crenova y al intentar actualizarlo, encontré problemas relacionados con el origen del aparato. Las instrucciones proporcionadas por el vendedor no funcionaron y un informático confirmó que el archivo de instalación adjunto no permitía la actualización. Hello, I am disappointed with the product I received. It's evident that I did not get the i-[redacted] TWS as expected. The product lacks the features advertised, such as the pop-up animation on my smartphone, tap/touch function, sound quality, and bass. The ear sensor is slow, and the volume function doesn't work properly. Additionally, there is no "previous song/next song" function, and the sound lacks the expected bass and audio quality. The item did not arrive until after 61 days, which is also frustrating. I am seeking a full refund or a replacement with the correct i-[redacted] TWS. The future of my transactions with your company will depend on how this issue is resolved, so please ensure I receive the appropriate resolution.

Hello, I placed an order with AliExpress on January 6th. It has surpassed the estimated delivery date. Tracking the package shows no movement past January 12th. I am worried the package may be lost. Despite trying to contact the seller, I have not received a response. Can you provide an update on when I can expect my package, if at all? I urgently need this item. If there is no guarantee of delivery, I request a refund to purchase from another seller. I am aware these items can take time to arrive. Is the coronavirus outbreak affecting all deliveries currently? When I checked my order list to see when it would arrive, it's not showing up on my list. The payment has been deducted from my credit card, and I am interested in the multimeter. Hello everyone, I recently placed an order for an Ilife vacuum with the order number [redacted][redacted], but the seller notified me that it is out of stock. They assured me of a full refund. Both AliExpress and I have confirmed the refund, but after waiting for over 20 business days, I have yet to receive it. My daughter made a purchase in December, but we are still waiting for the order from Ali Express. I refuse to provide card details again due to a previous unauthorized charge. I have not received my product, and it was returned to China. It's been a month without any updates or refunds.
