The issue in GetHuman-wisdomda's own words
I bought recharge card for my Airtel line *** naira. When I recharged, I had a debt of ***, they recovered their money and *** naira should be left on my line after about ** minutes, I went to buy data I was told I did not have sufficient airtime. I checked my balance and lo and behold * naira was left. I am a student and I wanted to use it for my projects but I couldn't. I'm very dissatisfied and angry. I was using MTN before just decided to change and that was the welcome and thank you I received. It should be fixed please.
