I bought a sim card yesterday being **-**-**** and it was registered immediately the phone number written on the sim pack is *********** and I just recharged from my bank account in other to activate the line ,the transaction was successful but I didn't receive the airtime in my line ..I tried calling the number with mY other other sim card and it was wringing .just for me to find out that the correct number is *********** ...pls I want my money to be returned thanks
GetHuman-ejykfort did not yet indicate what Airtel should do to make this right.
