Customer service ... Hi,** days before I give the port request and got the the UPC. * days before I got an phone call from your customer care representative. They asked me that why do you switch to another network. I said there is a lot of network issue and *G slower than *G speed. She told that we will registered your query and try to solve this issue as soon as possible and you will receive an settings, please save this. Then she promised me that we will provide **GB data, you will receive this within **hrs. Till now I didn't received any settings and data. Surely, I'm going to switch my network. Good bye...
The didn't fullfill the promises.
They should give me ** GB data and volte settings.
I have been using Airtel over * years.
I got an phone call from customer service. They only promised me to resolve this issue.
