Hello,*I have recharged my airtel wallet with *** rs and I already had ** rs i.e total is ***. I tried to recharge ********** airtel number with *** rs plan but I got insufficient balance and I am unable to recharge. But when i opened my airtel app it showed payment unsuccessful but my money has been debited. Now my wallet is showing *.*Rs. I have initiated to add Rs.***.* to the account ********** and the txn id is ************ .Kindly please solve the problem and refund the money to Bank account.
