I have taken a new Airtel broadband internet connection. I requested for a **mbps but your executive said , “we have ** mbps as of now but it is comparatively very fast than bhim internet”. He came and said we only have * mbps and we will upgrade it later. Everything is fine but it’s only one day that there is lots of service issue with the internet i have raised queries and talked with one of your executive (Anil). He said he is coming in ** mins and it’s been more than * days we did not see him and we used the internet only for one day. Now I want you to fix this issue and upgrade it to ** mbps else refund my amount if you can’t provide service don’t advertise in that particular area. You people are such a ******** just to earn money you do all the bull **** things. You will never have peace in your personal and professional life’s. I need this problem to be fixed asap
