Hi team ,**I am Sushma (Ph: **********) . I am getting continuous alerts regarding my Outgoing service will be stopped on Dec *st and need to get recharged to make calls. I have *** INr * balance in my account. *While i have made recharge , it was told its unlimited validity , now im receiving the alerts for stopping service. I want to know more on this. And also please revoke this and make Outgoing available before *st Dec. **If not i regret to say i will have to step back from Airtel subscription and move to another service provider.
