I have an internet plan with Airtel. It's the *** rupees plan that gives me *** GB of data and an average speed of ** Mbps (which was initially advertised as *** Mbps but it seems their fiber optic cables don't run all the way to my area). The issue is that for the past few days, my internet speed has been very slow (between *.* to * Mbps). There is especially a very drastic change in internet speeds at night time (around ** pm) when media content is pretty much unwatchable. If I'm paying the whole *** rupees , I expect the WHOLE service. If I paid them *** rupees instead of the ***, I'm sure they'd be calling me up in a second. It's been impossible to get in touch with them to give them a piece of my mind. I hope you can help me. My Airtel AC number is **********. My associated landline number with the plan is **** *******. The contract is in the name of Mr. Partha Ray.
