I am having * Airtel DTH connections * HD-DVR and * HD set-top box, recently one of my HD set-top box (having card ID- **** **** ****) having a weird issue of having Random but very frequent software updates (many times a day) so I called your airtel customer care and they send a engg. who said the set-top box is at fault so it will be replaced by another one (no problem till yet) but to my surprise engg. said will re replaced by REPAIRED ONE THAT TOO FOR RS-****-*WHEN I BOUGHT THIS AIRTEL SET-TOP BOX I PAID FOR THIS, NOW AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIRED SET-TOP BOX (I GOT NO PROBLEM FOR PAYMENT UNTIL AND UNLESS IT IS A NEW ONE), NOW I REQUEST YOU TO EITHER REPLACE MY SET-TOP BOX WITH NEW ONE OR ELSE TERMINATE MY CONNECTION. I DONT REQUIRE YOUR CHEAP POLICY SERVICE. *CONTACT NO. ***********DTH ID- ************KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ON URGENT BASES THANK YOU.
