Recently made a reservation over the phone as the website was giving me trouble, and the gentleman I spoke with promise to waive the reservation fee of $** per ticket for me. However, I did end up getting charged the fee,, as I think the gentleman forgot to waive the fee for me.
I trust that AirFrance Flying Blue will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
