Good afternoon, **I am once again writing to try and find out what is wrong with my account. I have been locked out for unspecified reasons for sometime and I can't get a direct answer. I don't travel much so it wasn't a big issues at first but now it is causing me some distress. **I am from Lake Charles, LA, I'm trying to get home to see my parents and help with efforts to get their home rebuilt. The hurricane ripped the entire roof off and there significant interior damage. **Since most of the hotels are booked and or heavily damaged AirBnB was my best option to find a place. My sister sent me listings in Lake Charles and Kinder but I cant get in to book them becuase my account is still blocked for an unspecified terms of service violation. **As I started earlier, I don't travel often and when I did use airbnb I always received positive ratings. I someone hacked my account and used it I have no way of knowing becuase I can't long in to see if any unauthorized trips are in my account. **I am once again asking for a human not an algorithm to look at my account and either unlock or at least tell me what the issue is so I can try to solve it. **If my account, identity or credit card was used without my knowledge I would think you would want me to know so I can contact the proper authorities. **Thanks in advance for your consideration. **Channing S.
