i host two guest on March *st. for the month of March and April the guest left before the time was up that is **th march, due to the virus.*Airbnb paid me for the month of March, and then sometime in april, they made another payment.*The guest wrote to Airbnb requesting refund, and did not want her card to be charged for April rent.*Just taking the situation into consideration i agreed, but did not write to Airbnb, because i though that if they did not stay for April, they would not pay for the accomodation.*When i was written to that i owed the guest, i said that i will send the money, not at my cost. After all, i cant lost in everything. the cost of returning funds should be at the expense of the guest. Honestly, i should have let Airbnb handle this, but i did not know what to do, and not knowing the way about, after trying to contact them i made a decision. I need to clear my bill with Airbnb, to continue doing business. i could have done that before, but i tried getting in contact with representatives, but with no success. a person call, and promised to call back, i waited patiently and did not get a recall, but is getting a message to say they tried reaching me.*i have been unable to communicate via my inbox, no telephone call success, and i just have not been able to get Airbnb*Now you know my issue, i need help ASAP thanks
